The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Association to ensure all responsibilities and expectations are met. They remain involved and abreast of the day-to-day activity of each department.

The Assistant Executive Director assists with overseeing the daily operations of the Association focusing on communications, the Customer Service desk, and ARB.  

The Communications Manager, provides administrative support for the Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director,  the Board of Directors, and all other departments, as well as assists with timely and pertinent communications to the membership. 

The Human Resources Manager oversees all personnel matters including recruiting, training, benefits, and payroll.
