It is important that Sandestin property owners clearly understand the distinction between the Sandestin Owners Association (SOA) and the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort/Sandestin Investments, LLC. (SDI) All property owners, including SDI are members of the Sandestin Owners Association. The SOA staff is not employed by Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort/SDI.
The SOA collects an annual assessment from all owners that in no way revert back to the operations of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort or the amenities that they own and operate. Your assessments pay for security services, maintaining most common area roadways & drainage, landscape, lakes, sanitation, and the two SOA pools on behalf of all property owners. The two SOA pools are located on Audubon Drive by Linkside (being reconstructed 11/27/23 with a scheduled construction period of 8 months) and one on the corner of Baytowne Village Dr and Baytowne Ave, which are heated seasonally.
Property within your neighborhood is maintained by your neighborhood association. There are several different management companies that manage the various Sandestin neighborhoods. Your specific management company information can be found on the Association Management page under the Members menu.
The various amenities on the Resort such as tennis, bicycle rentals, beach service, and the beach club, etc., are owned and operated by SDI. For information regarding beach club memberships, please call (850) 267-8208. If you have questions regarding other amenities such as beach chair or bicycle rentals, tennis, etc., please call 850-267-8000.
